I am very passionate about sustainability and my objective is to have a concrete positive impact.With 25 years of experience, including 12 years in Sustainability, at Corporate and operational levels, building the Company sustainability strategy, coordinating the implementation of concrete action plans and leading the sustainability reporting, engaging all stakeholders.Expertise in- Leading the Company sustainability report, including the management of all internal and external stakeholders- Sustainability reporting frameworks, both legislation and international standards (CSRD, GRI, SASB, TCFD)- Managing the sustainability audit with external auditors and all parties involved- Responding to ESG rating agencies (S&P Global, CDP, Sustainalytics, MSCI, ISS, EcoVadis, etc.)- Carbon footprint calculation, net zero strategy, eco-design, waste management- ESG Governance- Environmental management in compliance with ISO14001 standard- Human Rights due diligence in accordance to standard- Defining and deploying global programs such as volunteering, learning- Stakeholder Engagement including for the (double) materiality assessments- Communication plans and campaigns- Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) impact studies for international engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) projects in the energy sector- Working in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams- Experience working abroad especially in Malaysia, Australia, New-Caledonia, Oman, Qatar, etc.
