Senior lead for all Adhoc Security Operations as part of the CIS Security / National Gallery partnership, responsible for the successful delivery of service spanning exhibitions, events and special projects.• Within current remit is the full implementation of an annual turnover of 100k+ additional staffing hours to fulfil business needs across the Adhoc operation at the National Gallery – including strategic and financial forward planning, multiple stakeholder liaison, invoicing, staff recruitment and training, along with continual developments to the delivery of service.• Notable achievements have involved leading on the security and staffing of the blockbuster Van Gogh exhibition (September 2024 – January 2025), BAFTA Nominee’s Reception (February 2025), the reopening of the Sainsbury Wing following major capital project coordination (May 2025), the Triumph of Art festival in Trafalgar Square (July 2025), with many more to come!
