I recently graduated from Endicott College with a Bachelor in Business management. During my time at Endicott, I completed three internships. During my time at Table Boost, I learned valuable skills in social media marketing, that allowed me to build skills in research development for the company, campaign management, and content creation. My next internship at the Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce built my knowledge of grant writing, excel, social media marketing, and client relations. My last internship with 3 Step Sports gave me the opportunity to learn the advanced inner workings of Human Resources including onboarding and offboarding, navigating and communicating with a PEO company, compensation reviews, creation of an org chart, and employee relations. After completing my education at Endicott, I decided to expand my worldview and travel to South East Asia for two months. Not only did this introduce me to new cultures and knowledge, but it allowed me to make connections across the world.
