Passionate about psychology and mental health, I am a recent graduate of Hamilton College with a B.A. is Psychology and a Mathematics Minor. My academic journey has been complemented by hands-on experience in counseling, research, and teaching, all centered on understanding and improving mental health outcomes. As a Peer Mental Health Counselor, I supported students through active listening, solution-focused approaches, and crisis interventions. My research endeavors, including a full-year senior thesis on emotion regulation and adverse childhood experiences, have sharpened my analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in statistical analysis and experimental design. Having served as a Teaching Assistant in Neuroscience and Peer Tutor in Psychology and Mathematics, I am committed to education and mentorship, fostering student success through personalized support and evidence-based learning strategies. Whether conducting psychology research, guiding peers, or engaging with the broader psychological community, I strive to combine curiosity, empathy, and data-driven techniques to make a meaningful impact.
