Define, own and drive all performance operations within GBS.• Directly line manage ‘Ground Control’ and manage a multi-disciplinary team witha ‘performance first’ approach, delivering discipline specific support, includingthe setup of new programmes in order to achieve the vision to be competitive across allsnowsport disciplines.• Member of the Performance Leadership Team playing a lead role in drive ambitions of GBS.• Working with coaches, and R&I team to ensure best performance programmes are inplace to drive achievement of milestone targets.• Lead on the coordination of Selection Policies across all GBS disciplines for Squads andmajor competitions. Recently led the creation of Beijing 2022 Olympic Selection Policy.• Sit as a non-voting member on the selection panels of all World Championships and OlympicGames.• Responsible for all sport planning and delivery of the Olympic Games andmajor competitions in conjunction with Performance Director. • Works closely with BOA with regards all operational matters on Olympic events, delivered team manager role at PyeongChang 2018 OWG, responsible for all operational aspects during Games Time.• Working with Finance Team on setting programme budgets and monitoring throughout theseason.• Coordination with Commercial Team over delivery of non-sport aspects e.g. athleteobligations with partners
