Manage the RS Youth and Community initiatives, including- Competitions / Funding programmes- Student Partnerships- The Fresh Advisors Board (FAB15)- Youth Ambassadors- EventsEffectively deliver our suite of activities- Ensure RS are positively represented to a student community- Create and deliver an engaging RS youth ambassador programme- Manage applications & entries to student initiatives- Manage judges, partners, and speakers including agreements- Manage the fulfilment of product orders and merchandise, distributing prizes- Travel and accommodation booking for large groups- Co-ordinate meetings and documentation- Data and Reporting- Collaborate with the team to track, measure, deliver and report progress.Build reports, collating metrics to measure programme impact across global markets- Feed into the wider ESG reporting scorecard to ensure youth impact is recorded- Produce quarterly highlight reports for company distribution- Build and distribute feedback forms for specific activities- Build & keep records and data up to date for our education community and customers to enable better communications and engagementCommunication- Ensure the RS message is amplified externally and internally- Manage the content and delivery of activities on social media accounts- Liaise with the Comms team to share content on wider RS channels- Drive an increase in contacts for the youth community- Maintain a content calendar to effectively share impact and initiatives- Content creation for social media including video- Share student content from DesignSpark- Maintain and update the RS Education webpages- Interact with marketing & comms teams for consistent messaging and timely promotion of activities- Create and distribute the monthly Newsletter, sharing initiatives and engaging content- Be the first point of contact for RS Youth & Community. Monitor and manage communications through the shared inbox.
