ABOUT SOPHIE HUDSON
As a Associate in the Weightmans Litigation Department, I deal with high-value, complex disputes across a broad spectrum of commercial matters. This includes contractual disputes, shareholder conflicts, restrictive covenant issues (including injunctions), intellectual property infringement and defamation claims. I handle cases from pre-action into the conclusion of court proceedings, in both the County and High Court, with experience of matters exceeding £2 million in value.I bring a strategic and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution, with experience in Early Neutral Evaluation (a rare and developing form of ADR), as well as mediations. My focus is always on achieving a commercially sound outcome for clients, whilst navigating the intricacies of contentious legal proceedings.
