We support the growth of FMCG brands to scale their businesses who are making a positive contribution to the world of Food, Beverage & Nutrition in those areas.Within my role I specialise in Marketing and NPD professionals within high growth FMCG Brands.Paul, Andrew and I all focus in two distinct areas: the Food & Health ingredients arena and the world of scaling and challenger brands.Small but powerful: our size is our strength. ​We don’t have the capacity to take on hundreds of clients; nor do we want to.​We work with select companies that see the value in working closely with a recruitment partner that invests the time to really understand – and, at time, anticipate – their needs. We identify, approach and secure key hires at a middle management to senior leadership level to enable our partners to grow.We have a number of partnerships with clients that go back to our formation in 2019 and that\'s how we like it - understanding everything there is to know about the companies we represent so we can secure them the absolute best talent that exists.
