As a dynamic Operations Leader with a unique Franco-British background and a solid foundation in engineering, I am passionate about scaling businesses with purpose, creating healthy team cultures, and delivering operational excellence. With a Masters degree in Network Engineering and a Bachelors in Physics, I bring a strong technical and analytical mindset to business operations, blending engineering rigor with people-first leadership.Over the past 5+ years, I helped grow a small Managed Services Provider into a structured, scalable company. As COO, I led a team of 25+, implemented operational frameworks, streamlined service delivery, HR, and customer success, and strengthened strategic account management.I am also an event organiser, having co-led TEDxAtlanta, one of the largest TEDx events in the Southeast United States. Additionally, I am a trained Climate Fresk facilitator, leading environmental workshops to foster collective intelligence and drive action on climate issues.I also sat on the board for the French-American Chamber of Commerce in Atlanta, where I led the French Women in Business group: a community initiative designed to empower women professionals through networking, mentorship, and leadership development.Since October 2025, I have started a new role as Operations Manager for Sentiq Analytics, a data driven quality assurance SaaS. In this role, I’m focused on creating scalable processes, clear documentation, and actionable playbooks to support both our growing internal team and our expanding client base.
