I am a community engagement and dialogue facilitation professional passionate about bridging people, data, and stories to drive equity-centered impact. With an MPA from Syracuse University and over five years of experience in youth empowerment, event coordination, and public-facing research, I specialize in designing and implementing inclusive programs that meet communities where they are.My background spans cross-cultural dialogue, human rights education, qualitative research, and policy analysis. I’ve facilitated intergroup dialogue for high school students, organized town halls to promote food justice, and led outreach and media strategies to amplify local voices. Fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese, I bring a global lens and multilingual accessibility to my work.As a PMP candidate with hands-on experience in project and event management, I thrive at the intersection of collaboration, communication, and social change.
