Despite being a relatively new firm BC Legal are already one of the UK’s leading law firm specialising in occupational disease litigation. Whilst acting for insurers and both corporate and public bodies BC Legal prides itself on providing exceptional client care and applying their highest technical expertise to ensuring the best results for their clients.I joined the firm as a Finance Assistant and proceeded to be promoted to Finance Supervisor in November 2016, and then on to Assistant Finance Manager in September 2018.Some of my main duties are reconciling and managing our client accounts to ensure accuracy and efficiency, processing disbursements, producing final billing for our clients, using forensic accounting to ensure integrity with in our client accounts, journaling & transferring from various office and client ledgers and aged debt management.It is also vital for me to constantly stay up to date with the SRA rules and guidelines.
