   As Executive Assistant to the CEO of Launch Factory and Eyepop, I wear many hats and thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. I lead and support a wide range of functions across operations, HR, finance, and project management to ensure executive and organizational success.My responsibilities span- Strategic Operations: Manage special projects involving market sizing, invoicing, internal reporting, and policy development. Support legal and compliance matters while ensuring smooth office and facilities operations- HR & People Ops: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding and stock option administration to compliance and culture-building initiatives- Finance & Grants: Spearhead grant research and applications, and handle detailed expense reporting, reimbursements, and light accounting using tools like QuickBooks- Project & Event Management: Plan and execute internal and external events, from large conferences to company celebrations. I also manage all logistics and materials, ensuring every experience is seamless and engaging- Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, coordinate meetings and travel, draft briefing materials, and act as the communication hub between the executive, internal teams, and external stakeholders- Tech & Office Systems: Provide IT troubleshooting for printers, Wi-Fi, and A/V systems; maintain productive office environments; and liaise with landlords and vendors as the go-to facilities lead.My cross-functional support ensures the CEO’s time is leveraged effectively and that both companies run smoothly and efficiently at every level.
