The project includes the partial replacement of the existing wharf. This requires partial demolition of the existing wharf, design and installation of a bulkhead structure, replacement of fixed dock and floating berths, design and construction of a utility building, and uplands utility routing. City of Kodiak Saint Herman Harbor Improvement Project, Kodiak, AKThis project includes the design and permitting of the harbor replacement project in Saint Herman Harbor. The scope of this project includes public outreach, preliminary concept design for project permitting efforts, and project permitting through various federal and state regulatory agencies.
