ABOUT SOPHIA URTZ

I graduated in May 2025 from the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) as a Business major with a desired concentration in professional selling, sales strategy or event planning. I am willing to find a challenging entry level and/or entrepreneurial position that provides me growth opportunities in a fast pace environment leveraging accountability, value creation and end user influence. I have excelled in both structured corporate environments as well as starting my own business. My company experience involves a start up company where I contributed to market research, gathering information and data from the medical community, to eventually develop a plan for the potential launch of a new medical device for prostate cancer. I have also pursued my passions and willingness to take risks starting my own small business providing make-up services to wedding and special events clients. I pride myself on time management skills meeting dead lines, organization, a passion for learning, and the ability to absorb many priorities. I seek an opportunity to deliver results but also surround myself with strong mentors who will invest in me for eventual growth and increased responsibilities.
