About Sophia Pruett
I am a Consultant at Duty First Consulting, where I work on public health initiatives related to insurance and government healthcare programs. I recently graduated from the UVA School of Medicine with my Master of Public Health Degree. For undergrad I attended UNC Chapel Hill and studied Management and Society with a minor in Women and Gender Studies. I am passionate about using data-driven insights to inform and improve public health policies, and enjoy working on projects aimed at improving health equity. I have completed courses in SAS Data Management, Management & Quality, Epidemiology, and Biostatistics and am equipped with foundational skills which will allow me to participate as an active learner in any setting.
