Taking projects from concept to final cut, I experiment with conventions and direct and edit visual content that balances artistic austerity with meme-worthy humor. I\'ve created short-form content (series, promos, branded content, less obvious branded content, campaigns, docs, commercials +) for Mad Realities, Vox, Vice, Pitchfork, GQ, Nylon, Oatly, Genius, Super Deluxe, Google, and YouTube. The pilot episode of WHO’S ANNIE, a comedy series I’m creating, co-writing, and directing, premiered at Slamdance, won over 20 awards during its festival run including Best Director at Seriesfest, and is now streaming on Prime Video. The Gotham, Shore Scripts, and Screencraft have supported my filmmaking and my short films have been shown at the Whitney, Hauser & Wirth, The Queens Museum, and MoMa.sophiapeer.com
