Increased time-to-market, story-to-production by 200% by optimizing processes. Increased teams’ morale 25% by working through several critical retrospective action items. Created a Program-level SAFe implementation plan for milCloud 2.0. Managed 2-3 teams depending on projects to support the ServiceNow platform development. Provided training and certifications for the program and corporate. All Agile teams delivered in Sync and on Cadence for 3 years, bi-weekly, providing extreme reliability for the client. The development teams were the only teams with no feedback for improvement on annual government reports. Worked with all levels of leadership to maintain the roadmap, status, risks, and implantation and delivery efforts.
