Works with Architects, Designers, Scientists, Engineers and Environmentalists to plan, write, design, and produce all proposal, presentation and marketing materials for clients in the Architecture, Engineering, Environmental, Construction and Design industries\\\\n• Manage proposal process from design to print\\\\n• Write and maintain project profiles for all current and past projects\\\\n• Prepare and update resumes for all staff members\\\\n• Track and maintain marketing information to populate company data systems: pursuit and contract information, photography, resumes, project profiles, references, etc.\\\\n• Communicate and collaborate with marketing staff in other offices as well as corporate marketing.\\\\n• Assist with gathering market research & conduct market forecasting\\\\n• Maintain and enforce company brand standards and quality control procedures\\\\n• Work with internal Client Managers and Teams in the development of marketing strategies, client development plans, and pursuit capture planning\\\\n•Assist with graphic designs such as technical specification graphics, maps, schematics, conceptual designs, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, social media, PowerPoint presentations, various other marketing materials etc.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
