ABOUT SOPHIA INTERLICCHIO

As Chief of Staff at The Bachrach Group (TBG), I drive operational leadership, cross-company alignment, and strategic initiatives that support growth across multiple firms under the TBG umbrella. I oversee administration, internal communications, marketing efforts, and the planning and execution of companywide events — from intimate networking gatherings to large-scale corporate functions. In addition to my work at TBG, I serve as Director of Operations for EMM Research, a research-driven firm where I support business development and manage key back-office operations. I am also part of the administrative leadership team at Jackson Lucas (JL), a retained executive search firm, where I work closely with the founding partner to support business strategy and client partnerships. My career is grounded in operations, communications, and business growth, with earlier experience in the tech and recruiting sectors. I hold a Bachelor of Science in History from SUNY Plattsburgh, with concentrations in political science, international business, and gender and women’s studies. For nearly 50 years, TBG has been a national leader in talent search and organizational consulting. With offices in over 25 U.S. cities, we are a one-stop shop for staffing needs across sectors.
