As a Yoga Sculpt instructor I completed a 50-hour teacher training program which included a comprehensive learning of muscle, bone anatomy and yoga postures. We then build on that further within lectures and in person classes to combine muscle action cues to strengthen a students practice.Being an instructor allows me to safely guide individuals through a uniquely balanced class I specifically develop a series of moves, postures, and exercises for which includes a combination of strength training with weights, core, leg, arm work and cardio. All of this is done in 95 degree heat which provides an overall great full body workout with upbeat music and positive energy!
