Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in performing detailed analysis on pension benefits, health plans, claims, and contributions. Regularly collaborate with analysts to prepare comprehensive reports, data summaries, and ad-hoc materials for internal and external stakeholders, including consultants and vendors- Project Coordination & Support: Play an active role in managing the department’s project inventory and ensuring timely completion of weekly and monthly initiatives. Work cross-functionally with team members to support departmental projects and implement process improvements- Policy & Procedure Management: Contribute to the maintenance and updating of the Benefits Analysis policies and procedures manual, ensuring all documentation reflects current best practices- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with other departments to support organizational goals and provide insightful data analysis. Proactively contribute to a variety of projects, driving solutions and improvements where needed.
