I am a leader, connector and problem solver who has led a variety of teams in multiple industries. As a leader, I foster a culture of inclusion aspiring to build an environment where people feel safe to take risks, fail and innovate beyond what they thought possible. As a connector my specialty is meeting people where they are and finding paths forward, choosing courage over discomfort and grace over being right. Throughout my career I have focused on people, process, and technology, amplifying feedback from internal and external people for improved outcomes for the business. As a Principal Manager, Program Management at AWS, I was responsible for leading the Solution Architects Enablement team, a group of PMs focused on understanding and addressing the learning needs of the technical field across competencies and tenures. I drove the creation and improvement of onboarding and continuous learning experiences, such as documents, job aides, classroom, practice, and workshops, for solution architects across all industries, segments, and types.With 30 years of experience in the field of program management, I have a proven track record of expanding business strategy, developing and launching global transformations, and building and leading high-performing teams that bring authentic contributions. My career at Microsoft and AWS has been focused on building bridges between internal organizations and development teams and our customers and partners, and amplifying the voice of the employees and customers that leads to outcomes that exceed all expectations. My mission is to leverage my skills and expertise in process improvement, customer relationship management, agile project management, and data analysis, to deliver solutions that enhance customer, partner, and employee satisfaction and loyalty.
