ABOUT SOPHIA VELASCO
I am currently a Junior pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Consumer Behavior and Marketplace Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Through my variety of hands-on coursework throughout my time as a student, I have gained experience in understanding how to analyze consumer data in order to optimize a company\'s success. This has spurred my interest in consumer consulting to dive deeper behind the scenes of daily business operations and pinpoint changes or enhancements that should occur.My experiences in customer services has allowed me to work amongst the variables that contribute to service success, while increasing my skills of communication, organization, and leadership. The roles that I have held sparked my interest in working with a company to improve customer satisfaction through research and data-lead strategies.I am passionate about turning human behaviors into strategy and understanding various forms of feedback to help businesses better understand their audiences.
