ABOUT SOPHIA SZADY
I am a hard working scientist interested in using spatial transcriptomics and single cell RNA sequencing to quantify changes in the immune system throughout aging. This phenomena can be particularly observed in the female reproductive system and remains an understudied issue I am passionate about. Currently, I am Computational Postgraduate Associate at the Yale School of Medicine in the Hattie Chung Lab. I graduated in May 2024 from Colby College with degree in Computational Biology where I learned the importance of a cross-discipline mindset to tackle current scientific problems.
