About Sophia Strain
I am a dreamer. Being a midwestern girl and growing up fishing with my father, dreams are like bait. God casts them out into your heart and it\'s your journey to chase them. One of my childhood dreams was to become a professional cheerleader. I looked up to this group of women, and now I am a part of it. I have found great fulfillment in my role as an Indianapolis Colts Cheerleader through being in a position to make an impact. Whether that be a little girl who needs more confidence, or a fan at a game that feels seen, having a servant mindset and giving back to my community is what brings me true joy. I am a creative. Being a Marketing Manager at the Dilling Group has allowed me to tell a story of a homegrown Indiana company whose mission is to make a difference. I love finding unique ways to represent the brand, our people, and our story. I am a lover of people. I have noticed that a fire is lit inside me when I experience genuine human connection.
