About Sophia Ronga Connor
I use numbers to tell stories that help companies make quantitatively-backed strategic decisions. I have recently joined Anheuser-Busch InBev following an internship on their trade strategy team. My time at AB marries my excitement for getting hands on with our wholesalers to understand their challenges and goals with my expertise in analyzing large data sources to recommend optimal solutions. Prior to AB, I held both corporate and client services roles. As Manager of Business Analytics for BorrowLenses, a Shutterfly company, I extracted insights from order, customer, and market data to make recommendations for operational and financial decisions. Before that, I worked in management consulting, where I enjoyed leveraging tools like Alteryx and Tableau (and of course, Excel) to parse through large datasets to guide clients\' strategy. I hold an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Georgetown University. I am a logical thinker, coachable, entrepreneurial, and easily excited by the chance to learn something new. In my free time, I enjoy conjuring up homemade Italian dishes (ask me about the fresh pasta class I hosted) and being disappointed by the Hoyas basketball team.
