ABOUT SOPHIA OSSUETTA

I am a certified Scrum master with over 3 years’ experience of successfully leading multiple scrum teams in the delivery of high-quality software products. Vast experience of using different Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles, I am passionate about unlocking the potential within the team through training, mentoring, teaching, and coaching. I am known for providing my team with all they need to succeed; tools, creative environment, motivation, removing impediments whilst encouraging self-management and self-organisation in the team. My objective as a scrum master is to create high performing teams that constantly strive to identify areas of improvement and to keep my team motivated by celebrating both small and big wins.
