As a Child Life Assistant, I provide pediatric patients, their siblings, and other family members with developmentally appropriate play and recreation opportunities in playrooms, at bedside, or in other Patient Family Support Services spaces. I maintain playrooms and Child-Family Life resources, ensuring proper cleaning and safety precautions are followed. I support normal growth and development in the medical environment for pediatric patients in collaboration with Child-Family Life Specialists.
