About Sophia Pan
ExperienceI am currently a program manager for local government. I have also worked as a consultant for public sector organizations and have worked on a wide variety of projects in my current and past roles ranging from digital equity strategy and customer experience research to disaster recovery and building community resiliency. A common thread is my desire to apply sustainability and equity as lenses for service delivery.I\'m passionate about strengthening communities and helping cities become more equitable places to work and live for everyone. I also have a strong interest in international development, particularly in the WASH sector (6+ years).
