Drove enterprisewide change to achieve target goals within the first 2 years and maintain them. • Upgraded the company from printed and scanned paper patient forms to interactive electronic acquisition of patient-generated information, screening and consent forms. • Designed and executed the software developed in-house for the physician peer review program for the entire MedQuest enterprise to include all centers and radiologist groups. • Spearheaded an enterprise-wide advanced image processing lab, making state-of-the-art image analysis available at a per exam cost to all MedQuest center locations. • Standardized MedQuest clinical policies and procedures, alleviating potential risk with review of current literature and regulations and gathering input from its radiologists. • Initiated the design of the Tech Module for the in-house radiology information system (RIS) in order to optimize radiologist, technologist and coding workflow. • Collected and organized clinical feedback related to existing and potential new processes and technology for vendor and in-house IT. • Originated clinically-based training for MedQuest marketers and marketing collateral.
