Manage key partner relationships with Intel, ASUS ROG, and Overclockers UK, ensuring alignment of event objectives with partner goals.Network in the industry, identify potential relationships and sign on new partnerships with brands such as Red Bull UK.Develop and execute partner campaigns and activations, fostering connections between partners and the EPIC.LAN gaming community.Source and build relationships with smaller brands for prize support in esports tournaments.Coordinate with external contractors (e.g, Big Purple and Frontier) to oversee event logistics, including stage screens and stand builds.Collaborate with the EPIC.LAN social media and production teams to amplify partner campaigns and ensure seamless integration into event broadcasts.Facilitate external campaigns for partners, including the Intel Core Ultra Launch Party, aligning their marketing goals with EPIC.LAN events.Develop post-event reports to track campaign performance and assist in post-event partner payments.Brainstorm and facilitate partner-led community activities, such as EPIC42 x ASUS Summer Fest, to engage and entertain the gaming community.Oversee on-the-ground event execution for EPIC.LAN events, assisting the MD where needed.
