I am currently a Senior in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Communication Studies at West Virginia University graduating in December of 2025. Managed and systemized the onboarding of over 20 new hires, then based off my learnings developed a new standard practice for the site coined “Two Weeks to Success”.• Lead the formation of safety and culture-focused site groups, and revamped employee recognition programs to enhance performance and morale.• Designed a site status communication tool to streamline issue reporting to management and automated repetitive tasks through custom Excel macros.• Redesigned pre-shift meeting format, taught managers the new process, and rolled it out impacting over 70 floor employees across 3 shifts. • Cross-trained in key floor operations to deepen understanding of the workflows I supported and managed.
