Caring for Cambodia (CFC) is educating a generation of Cambodian children today, to make a difference for Cambodia’s tomorrow. Our schools are safe and well equipped. We train teachers, provide tools, and remove barriers to learning. We build Cambodian leadership to guide and sustain these schools, so that generations of CFC graduates can reach their highest potential and make valuable contributions to their community.

ABOUT SOPHALINE MAO

I believe real estate is more than transactions — it’s about people, purpose, and the legacy we leave behind.I am a REALTOR®, non-profit community leader, and storyteller, proudly serving the Tri-Valley and greater Bay Area alongside my husband as part of the Mony Nop Real Estate Team at Compass. Together, we help clients navigate some of life’s biggest transitions with strategy, integrity, and heart — whether they’re buying their first home, selling to build their next chapter, or investing for the future. My journey has been shaped by resilience. As a first-generation Cambodian-American who arrived in the U.S. as a child refugee, I learned early the value of perseverance, community, and service. Those values guide everything I do — in business, leadership, and life.In addition to my real estate practice, I am honored to serve as the 2026 President of the Women’s Council of Realtors® Alameda County, where my focus is on empowering women leaders, fostering collaboration, and helping professionals rise together. I am also deeply involved in nonprofit leadership and community advocacy, supporting causes centered on housing stability, education, and cultural preservation.I am passionate about: Helping clients make confident, informed real estate decisions Developing leaders and creating inclusive spaces for growth Storytelling that honors resilience, identity, and legacy Giving back to the communities that shaped meThrough real estate, leadership, and media, my mission is simple: to build success with intention and leave every person and place better than I found it. Based in Livermore | Serving the Tri-Valley & Bay Area🤝 Always open to collaboration, partnerships, and meaningful conversations
