As my fixed-term contract ended following the successful identification and onboarding of multiple managers, I resumed multi-client consultancy sourcing opportunities through my extensive professional network. Clients included a private family office (FO). My work for the FO involved managing a California-based commercial property portfolio and fixed income investments. I conducted market research, valuations, lease negotiations, vendor selection and asset allocation including the assessment of opportunities for recapitalization, and providing the family with regular financial reports. Increased real estate net operating income by 10%(2023 and 2024)For a launch of an investor in net-zero buildings, I was engaged on projects by Sima Kanan, Partner at Gunnercooke I contributed to the general partner\'s efforts to launch a new fund defining market opportunities and investment strategy. I modelled cashflows and developed pitch decks with detailed projections including scenario analysis and stress testing.
