   I’m Soorya Jawahar, the Founder & CEO of Jawa Edtech, and my journey toward building this platform started from firsthand experience in the hiring industry.While working as an HR professional, reviewing candidates from campus hiring and walk-in interviews, I noticed a significant gap most graduates lacked practical knowledge. They had degrees, certifications, and theoretical understanding, but when it came to applying their skills in real-world scenarios, they struggled.This gap was not just an individual challenge; it was a systemic issue. The education system heavily focused on theory, leaving students unprepared for the practical demands of the industry. Employers were struggling to find job-ready candidates, and students were facing rejections despite having academic qualifications. That’s when I realized something had to change.I founded Jawa Edtech with a mission to bridge the gap between education and industry by providing hands-on training, real-world projects, and internship programs that equip students with practical, job-ready skills.
