Design Leader & Professor | Holistic AI Service Platform Strategy | From Platform Architecture to Interaction ExperienceI am a design leader and professor who holistically designs AI service platforms across scales—from platform architecture and service logic to refined interaction experiences at the user touchpoint level. With over 20 years of experience in interaction design across industry and academia, I bridge system-level vision and human-centered execution. My work focuses on structuring complex service ecosystems and shaping nuanced interactions that make emerging technologies meaningful in everyday life.
