About Shikha S.
After spending over a decade in the corporate world leading marketing and communication initiatives, I felt a growing pull toward human wellbeing and inner development. This realization inspired a complete shift -from shaping brands to understanding the human mind and body.Over the past six years, I’ve facilitated more than hours of yoga and mindfulness-based programs for individuals, leaders, and teams across the globe. I hold 500+ hours of formal yoga training (RYT 200 certified) and 285+ hours of mindfulness teacher training (CMT-P certified).My work is grounded in trauma-sensitive and evidence-based principles, blending mindful movement, breath, and reflection to support psychological safety and holistic wellbeing. Drawing on my background in communication, storytelling, and leadership, I design sessions that are engaging, accessible, and meaningful across diverse audiences.While I teach, I continue to remain a student - curious, reflective, and always learning from both modern science and traditional wisdom.
