I am an experienced Instructional Designer with a background in technical writing and proven ability in providing learning solutions for corporate and higher-ed. Over the last 15 years of working in the Learning & Development field, I\'ve planned, designed, developed and evaluated courses for web-based, video-based, mobile-based, classroom-based and other e-learning training programs. I have extensive experience in liaising with various stakeholders (Subject Matter Experts, clients, customers, etc.) of varying cultural backgrounds and seeing through a project until its deployment. Mentoring, counseling on learning strategies, developing engaging course designs and creating standards and guidelines to design high-quality, consistent learning materials are parts of my job that truly excites me. I am also trained in developing digital documents and web pages that are compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.I love being part of a fraternity that impacts and transforms lives in small or sometimes big ways through education.I am also an artist when I\'m not designing trainings.
