In my role at The Talent Tap, I lead on developing and delivering impactful partnerships and programmes that expand access to professional opportunities for young people from less-advantaged backgrounds.Key Responsibilities:Partnership Development & Relationship ManagementI manage and grow our portfolio of employer, funder, and industry partners—overseeing reporting, stakeholder engagement, and the co-creation of opportunities. I lead on partnership pitches, write compelling proposals, and produce reports and materials to support strategic engagement.Programme Design & DeliveryI co-lead the design and delivery of our core programming in collaboration with our Youth Engagement Lead, ensuring all experiences are impactful, inclusive, and aligned with our mission. I also build partnerships with like-minded organisations to scale our work and improve delivery.Volunteer & Employer EngagementI coordinate volunteering initiatives with our corporate partners, developing meaningful ways for professionals to support our young people. I track outcomes and ensure alignment with each partner’s goals and our broader strategy.Alumni Network MobilisationI lead efforts to connect and activate our Alumni network, creating ongoing development pathways and opportunities for them to give back to the programme and support the next cohort.
