I am currently a public health informatics fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. I am licensed in Iowa, Michigan, and Illinois with a PharmD degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency from St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan and ASHP-accredited PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics Residency from NorthShore University HealthSystem in Evanston, IL.
