Professional Education Career Assistant Principal: • Plans, develops, and evaluates the educational program of school on a continuous basis and in accordance with pupils\' needs within the framework of an established policy. • Effective in administrating high standards of student conduct and enforces discipline as necessary, according to due process to the rights of students. • Actively participates in the management and supervision of the attendance, conduct, and health of all students. • Prepares the schedule of classes, student assignments, and extra curricular activities. Assists in the supervision and evaluation of the school\'s extra-curricular programs. • Assists the principal in the selection, training/orienting, and supervision of school staff, and assists in the evaluation of staff performance. • Establishes and maintains favorable relationships with local community groups and individuals to foster understanding and solicit support for all students’ objectives and programs. Literacy Coach: • Guide teachers to collect & analyze data & then develop action plans in response to determined student needs • Provide individualized, classroom-based support to implement comprehensive program. This includes modeling of best teaching practices. • Work with the principals to create a school-wide focus on goals for reading achievement • Participate in professional development opportunities Principal Intern: • Plan instructional programs & methods of best practice for teachers • Implement best practice in regards to disciplinary procedures • Provide leadership for training staff • Participate in meetings & activities with School Improvement Council • Observe teachers & assist with SAFE-T evaluation process • Use data to guide instruction & improve student learning First Grade Lead Teacher: • Provide direction in areas of planning & professional development • Serve as liaison between teachers & administrators. • Evaluate & track progress for grade level
