Oversee the Staff Augmentation Contractor Workforce (CW) program by providing quality service, assistance and counsel in the acquisition and oversight of Freddie Mac’s CWs for both internal customers and external vendors. Manage the sourcing, engaging, onboarding and maintaining of over 500 CWs annually. Utilize thorough understanding of human resource practices as they relate to recruiting, interviewing, performance management and applicable employment laws. Select, develop and evaluate internal personnel to ensure the efficient operation of Supply Chain Operations’ functions. Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures that affect immediate organizational change Manage to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure quality delivery along with legal and contractual compliance along with setting clear performance expectations for the team. Serve as an escalation point and maintain appropriate focus and pressure to proactively diagnose, escalate, delegate and resolve issues based on KPIs/SLAs. Partner with senior management to monitor CW compliance with policies and regulations. Identify new solutions and work closely with internal business partners to forecast future needs and develop cost effective strategies aligned with the business areas’ objectives.
