ACC is New Zealand’s personal injury insurance provider, as a Senior Business Analyst I have been involved in several major initiatives using a SAFe Framework including: leading the integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (an online communications tool) into ACC’s platform ecosystem. implementation of a new online platform to allow providers (health and non-health professionals) to streamline their interactions with ACC. Activities undertaken include: Opportunity statement and benefit analysis through to feature creation. Gap analysis for data, data integration, system integration, document management, privacy, security, early life support and knowledge articles. Including understanding, re-engineer, and documenting processes to join up previous fragmented experiences. Statement of works with third party vendors. Finding innovative methods to reengineer customer journeys and business processes. Identify change and risk impacts to manage the business transformation. Facilitation of feedback sessions including partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided met the short and long-term business goals. Assisting in developing the practice including mentoring, support, workshops, and collateral.
