I advise and provide strategic support to my trustee and employer clients on a wide range of DB and DC pension scheme issues. I assist my clients both in relation to the day-to-day running of their schemes and also in relation to complex project work. Recent experience includes - Advising in relation to strategic de-risking / end-game planning options for schemes and completing various buy-in transactions, some involving residual risks cover- Leading on the legal side on a number of complex GMP equalisation / conversion / PIE projects- Advising trustee clients in relation to sponsor-driven exercises such as scheme closures, mergers,\"at retirement\" exercises and implementing combined trustee boards in respect of multiple schemes- Advising on DC mastertrust authorisation and ongoing compliance with the regulatory regime- Advising on a transaction in relation to potential investment in a commercial DB consolidation vehicle- Advising on complex section 75 debt issues and implementing various apportionment arrangements.
