As a Listing and Buyer\'s Agent, my job is to assist Buyers and/or Sellers with the facilitation of all real estate matters throughout the process. I am also a Military Relocation Professional (MRP). For my Buyers, my objective is to provide them with the most accurate Comparative Market Analysis, and overall evaluation of the home. I will negotiate the purchase of their home in a professional and concise manner, making the process a smooth transition. For my Sellers, I will position their home on the market in order to promote a quick sale, with the least amount of stress and inconvenience. I will evaluate their home and offer free staging advice and assistance, organizational tips, and pre-listing repairs and/or updates to be accomplished that will maximize their return on their investment. With every client, my ultimate goal is to provide valuable service from experience and hard work. We will always leave as friends!
