Involvement in different part of the business like:1. Kaizen event, where overall efficiency of the cell was increased by calculation and improvement of the process using various tools: calulation of tack time and cycle time, 5S standard, risk assessment, SOP, along with change in batch production method to one piece flow method.2. Testing of gas regulator on the basis of the British standard, and understood and solved the error thatoccurred throughout the process.3. Hydrostatic Pressure test as a part of the NPD project team, completedoverhead crane training, and worked on designing of the CAD model for different parts of the newproduct along with updating of DVP & R, DFMEA, DR and different analysisprocesses like fish bone analysis throughout the process.

ABOUT SONY ADHIKARI
I am a highly motivated, and results driven mechanical engineer, aggressive at identifying and resolving inefficient procedures and processes. I completed a master’s degree with designing as a core subject along with feasibility study of CAD model in SolidWorks as an individual project. While during my undergraduate, Tool Design for Economic Production was my elective subject, which was further continued by Advance Mechanical Design and Mechanical design and Simulation. Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning (HVAC) was my final year project, and completed different projects during university time. I am looking forward to developing my expertise in design, development, Simulation, and validation along with manufacturing, management, and administrative skills.
