Installation & commissioning of our Fiber laser metal cutting machine, CNC Router, CO2 Laser Engraver machine and Fiber Laser marking Machines and ensure that they are in proper working condition. • To attend service calls, understand the machine problem, provide quick and quality service at Customer end and thereby to develop/retain new/existing customers. • To identify requirement of spares for existing customers and arrange to provide the spares them on time • To provide thorough training to customers on our products. • Responsible for the submission of AMC Quote and Order collection. • Review resolution of all the AMC /Service/ Installation/ Spare part related problem on time. • Responsible for daily follow up of pending technical issues with the customer for effective resolution. •Submit service reports daily basis on ERP systems. • Ensure the service and installation reports hardcopy are sent to Head Office on time.
