As a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Adani Power Limited, I am gaining hands-on experience in power plant operations, maintenance, and system management. Over the past few months, I’ve been learning about key processes that drive efficient power generation and plant reliability.My role involves:Understanding the functioning of major systems such as Boiler, Turbine, Generator, and Balance of Plant (BOP).Supporting preventive and predictive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.Learning plant safety procedures, Lube Oil System, Bypass Systems (HP/LP), and Transformer operations.Coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance technical and operational efficiency.Developing analytical and problem-solving skills through real-time plant observations and mentoring sessions.This journey is helping me build a strong foundation in power plant technology while aligning with Adani Power’s mission to deliver sustainable and reliable energy.
