End-to-End Study Accountability: Responsible for ensuring quality and timely delivery of all Data Science & Management (DS & M) study-related activities, including Electronic Case Report Forms, vendor data, clinical outcome assessments, data ingestion, cleaning & reconciliation, interim and final cleaned database locks, and the archival of DM documents in the eTMF and study database. Ensure provision of clinical data to the study site- Operational Leadership: Lead day-to-day DS & M activities for in-house studies, act as a core team member, and serve as the single point of contact for all DM-related activities. For studies outsourced through a DM Functional Service Provider (FSP), oversee and document sponsor oversight of FSP activities, ensure protocol training for FSP resources, and potentially manage Full Service Outsourced (FSO) studies- Strategic Input and Compliance: Provide operational input into study design, protocol, planning, and documents including the study risk register. Deliver reports, status updates, feedback, and advice to key stakeholders on study progress. Create and review study-level timelines for DM deliverables, ensuring adherence. Promote clinical data standards for increased consistency, efficiency, and productivity, ensuring all DM deliverables comply with GSK SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
