Identifying new opportunities in core therapy areas (including relevant differentiated, novel andfirst to launch or near-term patent expiries) and therapy roadmap creation• New product (NP) identification and portfolio selection for different therapy areas• Work closely with business team for an effective commercial strategic planning/roadmap• Strategic product pitching, conduct NP meeting with all marketing division heads• New product development/launches through In-house/LL/P2P for different divisions• Identify new P2P/LL sites for new products, negotiations and successful commercial launch• Lead and execute new product launch (Inception to commercial) and track progress• Lead identification of NP/complex generics/FTF opportunity & suggest products for In-licensingwhere inhouse development is not feasible and coordinate with cross-functional team
